for Handicapped Students Policy #5111.2

The Laurel Springs Board of Education accepts the responsibility of identifying and classifying all handicapped pupils from the age of three until the completion of their elementary special education program. Each pupil identified and classified will be provided a free, appropriate and individualized educational program.

 

The Superintendent and Child Study Team are hereby directed to implement procedures mandated by Federal Law (94-143, 504) and New Jersey Administrative Code (6:28-1, 1c).
