The Board of Education, as required by law, shall reorganize annually.

Unless changed by a two-thirds vote of those present, the order of business for each annual organization meeting of the Board of Education shall be as follows:

A. Opening of meeting by the Board Secretary

B. Administering of oaths

C. Elections for president and vice-president

D. Appointments:

    1. Secretary of the Board

    2. Treasurer of School Funds

    3. Counsel

    4. Auditor

E. Designating signatures for checking accounts

F. Designating depositories

G. Designating district newspapers

H. Determining meeting dates

I. Mission Statement
